Free Shipping

Our online store now offers free 3-5 day shipping for South African domestic addresses only, regardless of what you order. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours from the moment of ordering and could take up to 5 business days to be delivered. PLEASE NOTE THIS APPLIES ONLY TO ITEMS THAT ARE CURRENTLY IN STOCK. Should we need to size a ring or place a custom design order delivery is approximately 14 days.

Confirmation

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. We courier all our parcels with The Courier Guy. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier.

Shipments depart Monday to Friday.

Products ordered after noon are shipped next day.

We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships.

If you are shipping internationally or opt for expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.
